AIR-184 CSE 2023
My name is Dipti Monali and I have secured AIR 184 in UPSC CSE 2023. I would like to thank Nirvana IAS Academy for their guidance which proved to be the most important factor behind my success.
I joined Nirvana while doing my Masters from Delhi University. It provided flexibility in terms of class schedule which helped me in managing both my academics and exam preparation. The revision classes for static subjects, open house discussions for newspapers, rigorous tests before prelims, weekly tests for mains, and mocks for the interview stage, all of this enabled me to get comprehensive support for exam under one roof.
Given the long duration of preparation phase, mental breakdowns become a fact of the journey. In this regard I would especially like to thank Karam sir for his continuous support and availability, and words of wisdom, which helped me sail through the tough times. I express my gratitude to Wadhwa sir for his committed and interactive teaching approach, which helped me comprehend the accessibility of the huge discipline of history, which I was before unaware of. His comprehensive notes were helpful both in prelims and mains stages of exam. Similarly, Ruby ma'am’s CSAT classes and doubt sessions after every CSAT tests also proved to be useful.
At Nirvana, one not only gets to know the exam-oriented content, but also the orientation of study required in this preparation. In this journey, I have learnt that guidance is the key to clear this paper. Each stage of the exam viz. prelims, mains and interview, has its own demand, and it becomes tricky to decipher that. Here comes the role of guidance, and I am grateful enough to get the apt guidance here at Nirvana.
Lastly, I think clearing this exam is a teamwork and not an individual task. I am grateful for the support my family provided all through this time, and sincerely thank teachers at Nirvana for their guidance.
